UPGRADE TO MEMBERSHIPWelcome to the Proving Business Value Sprint
Have you ever had a great idea, but couldn’t justify it other than to say, “I think this will work”? Or, you could speak to the details of your idea, but didn’t know how to prove its financial impact? We’ll teach you to write an evidence-driven, financially-sound business case to get the green light from your boss or leadership team. This course goes both high and low, teaching you how to write a business case from end-to-end, while also deep diving into some of the most critical financial metrics used to demonstrate financial impact.
Module 1
To convince decision-makers to implement your ideas, craft an evidence-based business case outlining four components: the idea itself linked to a problem, proposed execution steps, success metrics, and risk mitigation. With a compelling story and evidence, you can inspire stakeholders and get your idea greenlit. Watch Niki give an overview of the Sprint’s key framework in this first lesson.
